Nathalie Croix is a yoga teacher, educator, and practitioner with 27 years of experience.
Her work integrates practice, study, and lived application — offered through teacher trainings, retreats, and private sessions. Rooted in traditional yoga and informed by a modern understanding of the body and nervous system.
She is the founder of Shanti Yoga Training School, a certified Holistic Equine Therapy Practitioner, sound healer, Human Design coach, and author of five books.
