Living Funeral
A guided experience in reflection, release, and perspective.
An Invitation to Pause
To step outside the pace of everyday life and reflect on what it means to be here now.
A Living Funeral is a guided experience that uses mortality not as something to fear, but as a lens for seeing life more clearly. By creating space to consider what is temporary, unfinished, meaningful, and deeply valued, the experience invites a renewed relationship with the life you are already living.
The Experience
A Different Way of Seeing Your Life
Over approximately 2–3 hours, Nathalie guides you through a thoughtful, structured process of reflection and awareness.
The experience may include encountering your own memorial, reflective writing, guided meditation, and visualization. Each element is designed to gently shift perspective, helping you step outside familiar patterns and see your life from a different vantage point.
There is nothing to prepare and no particular way you are expected to feel. The experience unfolds at your own pace.
The Intention
Return to What Matters
A Living Funeral is not about rehearsing loss. It is about becoming more awake to life.
By temporarily confronting the reality that our time is finite, we can often see more clearly what deserves our attention, what we may be ready to release, and how we want to spend the time ahead.
Participants may leave with a deeper appreciation for life, greater clarity around what matters, and a renewed sense of intention. Rather than simply thinking about these questions, the ceremony creates an opportunity to experience them in a more personal and embodied way.
Living Funeral ceremonies are offered privately or in small groups and take place in person, with locations available upon request. No prior meditation or ceremonial experience is required, only a willingness to reflect.
